Housing Navigator

Location:

Senior Housing Manager

Pay Rate:

$23.00 per hour

Housing Navigation is a fast-paced and very hands-on job requiring high-levels of nuanced people skills, creativity with a solutions focus, and extreme flexibility as well as self-management by those who are comfortable in a wide variety of unconventional situations working with a very challenged population in scattered sites and in the field throughout the County of Riverside. Additionally, housing navigation requires a high level of detailed documentation and file work.

College Housing Navigator

Residential Services Staff

Location:

Shelter Manager

Pay Rate:

From $17.50 per hour to $21.50 per hour

Residential Services Staff are responsible for assisting guests and other staff and maintaining the quality of daily activities and services at Path of Life Ministries sites. All Residential Services Staff are responsible for monitoring within and around the premises to which they are assigned, assisting with food service, monitoring and reporting on the condition of the site and assisting with general maintenance, conducting daily janitorial duties, helping to create and maintain a safe encouraging and positive atmosphere within the program, assisting with guest relations including intakes, guest requests, grievances and compliance issues, assisting with volunteer and visitor relations, and other daily operational duties as assigned or requested. 

Residential Services Staff-Shift Lead

From $19.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour”

Residential Services Staff are responsible for assisting guests and other staff and maintaining the quality of daily activities and services at Path of Life Ministries sites. 


Residential Services Staff – Shift Lead is our highest level of Residential Services Staff and is, therefore, also uniquely responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of Residential Services Staff and Interns and working closely with and reporting to the Shelter Manager, as well as maintaining additional office and clerical duties as assigned or requested. 

ECM Behavioral Health, LCSW

ECM Program Supervisor, RN

Pay Rate:

$90,000 - $106,000 Annually | $7,000 signing bonus* with stipulations

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides clinical expertise, leadership and oversight in a variety of ways as a member of the Enhanced Care Management team. The ECM team provides care management to POLM program participants who are IEHP members. With whole person care principles employed, the integrated care team works with IEHP members and their families, as well as health care and community partners, to coordinate seamless access to health services. This care management is broad, considering that the experience of homelessness is accompanied by urgent health liabilities. Care management can include engaging and assisting with IEHP membership, comprehensive health assessment, linkage to care partners and health organizations, appropriate behavioral health interventions, facilitating care transitions, health education and whole person care education. The LCSW is the lead behavioral health specialist on the team.
