Our programs and services are available to participants of our housing and shelter programs to aid in their journey toward self-sufficiency.
All referrals for the housing programs are received through the County of Riverside Coordinated Entry System (CES), Home Connect program. If you are homeless and in need of housing, please call Home Connect at 1-800-498-8847. You will be enrolled in the program and connected with a navigator or outreach staff member from an agency in Riverside County who will walk alongside you during the process of securing housing.
Our Rapid Re-Housing program provides assistance for the most immediate housing possible for homeless families with children in scattered privately owned homes and apartments throughout Riverside County. This program provides temporary rental subsidies for stable housing and families receive wraparound services that foster self-sufficiency and hope for a productive future.
Similar to our Rapid-Rehousing program, our Permanent Supportive Housing program provides the immediate housing in scattered privately owned homes and apartments throughout Riverside County. This program is available to chronically homeless individuals and qualifying families. This program provides long-term rental subsidies and wraparound services with the goal of supporting the highest quality of life possible for each participant.
In partnership with Riverside Community Health Foundation, Path of Life operates a mobile behavioral health program providing counseling, therapy, and an array of life skills support aiding in the overcoming of barriers that would otherwise hinder a successful journey out of homelessness and the cycles of poverty.
The Employment Pipeline provides skills assessment, job readiness training, direct referrals, job placement assistance, and self-employment support to homeless individuals participating in Path of Life programs. With our ongoing employment support, participants are provided the tools to successfully transition into employment and toward sustainable income development.
